Andrew lost his leg above the knee following a collision with a 38 ton articulated lorry on his motorcycle. This has not prevented him from persuing his ambition to compete in the next paralympic games as a sailor. To this end Andrew is currently training hard to improve his fitness with regular cycling, swimming and, of course, sailing exercises.

Andrew has worked all over the world in the past prior to his motorcycle accident, as a machine tool fitter, but has no previous experience in the film and television industries. He is now looking forward to new challenges both as a stunt man and as a film/T.V. "extra".
