In 2004 Phil lost his left arm in a motorbike accident where he suffered a traumatic amputation of his upper left arm. Other injuries received in the accident have now healed leaving large scars to right forearm and lower left leg. |

| After graduating Northumbria University with a BA (Hons) in Transportation Design Phil is now able to pursue his passion for film by joining AIA and pursuing a career in Entertainment design and picking up on his sporting interests in martial arts. Phil's interests include Shotokhan Karate (green belt), Rugby, Football, Walking, Films and Motorbikes. |

| He appeared in Byker Grove. More recently he plays a body double in the short film ‘Black Dog’, written and directed by Ian Fenton, winner of the North Star Film Prize in 2005, where the prize was the funding for this short film.
